Dr. Eileen Sim is a workplace strategist with a PhD specializing in Activity-Based Working (ABW) implementation and acceptance—the only one of its kind in the APAC region. With a background spanning consulting, research, and education, she brings a unique blend of data-driven insights, human-centered design, and change management expertise to workplace transformation projects. Eileen has worked with universities, corporate organizations, and government agencies to shape innovative, high-performing work environments. She is highly skilled in stakeholder engagement, multi-modal facilitation, and translating complex data into actionable workplace strategies. In addition to her consulting work, Eileen is a Teaching Fellow at the University of Melbourne, where she brings her expertise to the next generation of property and workplace professionals. She is a regular speaker at industry conferences, including TEFMA and Worktech; and academic conferences, and has published journal papers, book chapters, and conference papers across Europe and APAC. With a perceptive and adaptable approach, Eileen is passionate about helping organizations create workplaces that inspire, connect, and support their people.
